Love, Death + Fungi MAD Festival 2024

Discover  the captivating intersection of fungi and design at the MAD Festival 2024, hosted by Master Design students from the Bern Academy of the Arts HKB.

This one-day event at the Kornhausforum in Bern features talks, panel discussions, and a workshop. Discover how to grow mushrooms, explore their historical significance, and learn about mycelium's role in sustainable materials and visual art. End the day with a mushroom-themed apéro. Join us to inspire, educate, and catalyze change!

You can join us for the entire festival or drop in for individual sessions – whether it’s a workshop, keynote, or the apéro, you’re welcome at any time!
