Develop your creativity and creative power as a musician, dancer and educator at the Bern University of the Arts HKB. The area of Music and Movement – Eurythmics has three courses on offer for you.

Music and Movement

Our Bachelor in Music and Movement – Eurythmics provides a broad education in music, dance and teaching and allows you to focus on your dance, vocal or instrumental skills.

Music Pedagogy – Eurythmics and Dance in Context

In the Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy – Eurythmics and Dance in Context, we offer stylistically broad training for aspiring dancers, choreographers, rhythm, dance and movement educators.

Music Pedagogy – Eurythmics and Performing Arts

In our Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy – Eurythmics and Performing Arts programme, we offer stylistically broad arts- and education-based training for aspiring music and movement educators and artists.

This area of study offers you the opportunity to discover your individual creativity and gives you the pedagogical skills to convey your joy of music and movement to others. Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree receive a teaching license for music and movement at pre-schools, primary schools and music schools up to the 6th grade. 

Both of the two-year Master’s degree programmes, focusing on performance or dance education, enable students to deepen their artistic knowledge with individual project work and prepare them to teach adults. The two Master’s degree programmes are now also available as part-time courses over 6 to 8 semesters.
