Die Synthesen-Lehrveranstaltung «Produktentwicklung» schafft im Studiengang «Food Science & Management» eine Lernumgebung, in der die Studierenden eine realitätsnahe Fragestellung im Rahmen eines Projektes interdisziplinär bearbeiten müssen. Dabei entwickeln die Studierenden in Projektteams ein neues Lebensmittel.
