  • I am an art conservation scientist working since 15 years at the department of conservation of the Bern Academy of the Arts. Previously I was post-doc at the Institute for the Care of Monuments of the ETH Zürich and earned my PhD in physical chemistry at the University of Basel with a thesis on the degradation of silver gelatin glass plates. I spent one year at ScreenSound Australia and different research periods in Amsterdam at the originally called Centraal Laboratorium, now RCE.
